Giving back is an essential part of who we are as a business. That’s why we partner with Utilita Giving, supporting individuals experiencing fuel and food poverty. Every year, each employee is given a fully paid volunteer day during working hours to support a cause that matters most to them.

Around 4% of our staff are on an apprenticeship - that's roughly 1 in 25 and steadily rising with the addition of new programmes and providers. Apprenticeships provide practical experience in a specific field, allowing individuals to gain skills directly related to their career and range from level 2 to 6.

The Luxion Executive Bonus Scheme is based on a percentage of your salary and is based on performance across several measures. Each of these measures is compared to expectation and the bonus is calculated accordingly.
This is only available to people not on a commission structure. -
We protect your loved ones’ peace of mind by helping financially in the event of an untimely death. Grouplife cover pays out three times your salary should you pass away whilst employed.

You’ll receive 27 days’ annual leave, plus bank holidays, with the option to carry over up to 3 days. Please note this may vary depending on the role.

At the beginning of each holiday year staff can opt to Buy or Sell up to five days of annual leave.

You will be auto enrolled into our Royal London pension scheme which uses Relief at Source as standard, and we also offer a Salary Exchange (salary sacrifice) option.
