We have two innovative funding options to suit your needs.
YOU’RE IN CONTROL
Funding options.
Loan
Pay nothing upfront and repay through fixed monthly repayments over a typical period of five years. This is a cost of capital of 10%.

Spread the cost of the solar over 5 years, paying regular monthly instalments. We’ll do our best to make sure your monthly repayments are lower than your energy savings, so you could start saving from day one.
Once repaid, the solar energy will be free! The more you use the more energy you don’t need from the grid, the more you save. The solar panels will typically last another 20 years!

We’ll take care of the operations and maintenance of the panels whilst you pay off the loan. There’s an option to extend this once you have finished repaying. You get all the benefits, and none of the worry.
We’ll do our best to make the repayments for your panels less than the energy savings from the solar. Meaning you could be saving money straight away.
Once you’ve repaid, you own the panels. They will last for at least 25 years, giving you free and clean energy for decades!
Power Purchase
With a PPA, you pay for the solar electricity generated by the system at a fixed and competitive rate. You do not have to pay for the installation, maintenance, or ownership of the system.

Luxiōn Renewables will rent your roof from you. Then install and own the solar system on your roof, at zero cost to you. We will also take care of the operation and maintenance of the system for the duration of the agreement, for no additional cost.
The occupier of the building (either you or a tenant) will buy the solar electricity generated by the system from Luxiōn Renewables, at a fixed and competitive rate. You will only pay for what you use, and the rate will be adjusted annually for inflation.
You will enjoy reduced electricity bills and a stable energy supply for the term of the agreement, typically 20 years.
At the end of the term, you will have the option to extend the PPA, buy the system from Luxiōn Renewables, or have us remove the system. The system will typically have at least 5 years of life left.

How do you save?
Loan
If your repayments are less than your energy savings, you will save from day one. Once repaid you’ll continue to get energy savings for 25 years.
POWER PURCHASE
Your solar energy price will be lower than getting your energy from the grid. You’ll start saving from day one and the more you use, the more you save.
Maintaining your solar
Loan
We’ll take care of this whilst you repay. You can extend this service once you have repaid.
POWER PURCHASE
We will take care of this for the full 20 year agreement.

With a loan, you borrow money from Luxion Renewables to pay for the installation and ownership of the solar system. You will have to repay the loan with interest over a period of time, usually 5 years.
With a PPA, you pay for the solar electricity you use generated by the system at a fixed and competitive rate. You do not have to pay for the installation, maintenance, or ownership of the system. Luxion Renewables will own and operate the system on your roof, at zero cost to you. The benefit of a PPA is that you will pay less for solar electricity than for grid electricity, and you will be protected from future price shocks.

This depends on how much energy you use! The more you consume, the more you save. You’ll import less electricity from the grid, and have much lower electricity bills.
Most customers will earn back their initial investment within five years, but we’ll work with you to model the return on investment and payback period.

If you take out a loan, you own all the energy generated by the solar panels. If you generate more energy than you need, we’ll buy back any extra electricity you don’t use at a fixed rate. We will work with you to develop an export contact.
If you take out a PPA, you are buying the solar energy you use from us. So, you don’t want the exported energy.

Yes! Whether you take out a loan or PPA, it doesn’t matter. All energy you consume from solar panels will have a zero carbon footprint. This is because there are no carbon emissions associated with producing electricity from solar panels, once they are on your roof. Your energy will be completely green. This can help your business with it’s net zero targets.

Yes! As part of our digital service we will provide you with access to a platform which shows you have your solar panels are performing in real time. You will be able to see if the system is working properly, how much energy is being generated, how much money and carbon you are saving.

Whilst south facing is best, solar panels are so efficient these days it can often make sense to put them on east and west facing roofs as well. As part of our package, we will do a full assessment of your roof, and come up with a bespoke solution for you.

Luxion Renewables is a subsidiary of Luxiōn Group. We only work with installation partners that go through our regular rigorous quality assessments. Our current partners have over 45 years of experience innovating and providing excellent service in the solar sector.
Our best in class assessment of your roof will look at what is possible. We’ll let you know if any maintenance works need to be carried out before installing the solar. Often doing both at the same time works out cheaper.
